The Magpul MOE SL-K is one of those parts that quietly makes an AR-15 feel better every time you shoulder it. It's a drop-in buttstock built for mil-spec carbine buffer tubes, and the whole point is to shave size and weight without turning your rifle into something awkward. At right around 7.9 ounces, it's noticeably slimmer than the standard SL and a good step down from bulkier stocks, which is exactly why folks reach for it on compact and PDW-style builds.
