The Remington 870 has earned its reputation over decades of hard use, but the factory forend leaves a lot on the table when it comes to grip and modularity. The Magpul MOE M-LOK Forend in Gray fixes that with a longer profile, textured hand stops, and direct M-LOK mounting, all in a drop-in package that goes on with no gunsmithing. It fits standard 870 12 gauge shotguns and takes only a couple of minutes to install.
The extended length gives you more real estate to grip, and the front and rear hand stops keep your support hand locked in the right spot so you can run the pump hard and fast without your hand sliding around. The cross section stays slim on purpose, which cuts down on bulk and keeps the forend from snagging on slings, gear, or a doorframe when things get tight. It is molded from Magpul's reinforced polymer, so it shrugs off the kind of abuse a working shotgun sees in the field or in the truck.
This is where the M-LOK forend really opens things up. The integrated slots let you bolt a weapon light, a vertical grip, or other M-LOK gear directly to the forend without adapters cluttering the profile.
