The M-LOK GI Sling Swivel gives you a traditional fixed loop that accepts up to 1-1/4 inch webbing, so your favorite two-point or field sling threads right through and stays put. If you like the tried-and-true feel of a standard sling loop over a quick-detach setup, this is the piece you're after.
The base is machined from Mil-Spec anodized aluminum to keep weight down and shrug off wear, while the loop itself is coated steel that won't chew through your sling webbing over time. It anchors to your handguard using cammed T-nuts and integral recoil and impact mitigation lugs, which is Magpul's way of making sure the mount grabs the M-LOK slot and doesn't budge under recoil or hard handling. All the mounting hardware you need comes in the package, so you can have it installed in a couple minutes with a single tool.
At around eight tenths of an ounce and only sitting about four tenths of an inch off the handguard surface, this swivel practically disappears. The coated steel loop accepts sling webbing up to 1-1/4 inches wide, which covers most standard two-point and field slings on the market. Anything wider than that won't thread through cleanly, so stick to 1.25 inch or narrower webbing for the best fit.
