The Magpul Hunter 110 is the kind of stock upgrade that makes you wonder why you waited this long. It's designed as a straightforward drop-in solution for 3rd generation Savage 110 short-action rifles, handling compatibility and installation without requiring any gunsmithing. You get a reinforced polymer shell paired with a Type III hard-anodized, machine-finished A380 cast aluminum V-bedding block that provides rock-solid support for your barreled action.
The real workhorse here is that aluminum bedding block. It cradles the receiver securely and extends forward to support the action in multiple spots, which translates to better consistency shot-to-shot. The V-shaped design ensures your action screws tighten down over a solid foundation, and the whole setup free-floats compatible Savage barrel profiles up to Medium Palma and Varmint contours. You're essentially getting a precision bedding solution that's already finished and ready to go.
The Hunter 110 is genuinely adjustable where it matters. You can dial in length of pull from 13 to 15 inches using simple spacers, and the comb height adjusts too so you can dial in your cheek weld regardless of your scope setup. The pre-fitted 0.25-inch cheek riser comes standard, with optional 0.50 and 0.75-inch risers available separately if you need more height. Eight M-LOK slots across the forend give you mounting flexibility for bipods, sling attachments, and accessories without drilling.
Includes Magpul's Bolt Action Magazine Well for the Hunter 110 and one Magpul PMAG 5 7.62 AC magazine, so you're ready to pair it with AICS-spec detachable box magazines. The buttstock has dual 1-1/4-inch footman's loops for sling mounts, QD sling cup compatibility (with optional sling mount kits), and a textured anti-slip rubber pad for solid shoulder contact. Made in the USA.
The Hunter 110 is designed for 3rd generation Savage short-action Series 10/110 rifles with center-feed magazine compatibility and 4.40-inch action screw hole spacing. Rifles from 2006 and later with the H-prefix designation are compatible. It does not fit Savage Axis rifles or earlier generations.
While the bedding block is technically accessible, it's designed as a permanent part of the stock assembly and Magpul recommends against removing it. The block is precision-machined and hardcoat anodized, and its primary function is to support your action without requiring additional bedding work.
You get a full 2-inch range of length of pull adjustment, from 13 to 15 inches. This is achieved by adding or removing spacers, so you can fine-tune the fit for your body type and shooting position. The comb height is also independently adjustable for cheek weld consistency.
The stock comes with Magpul's Bolt Action Magazine Well for the Hunter 110 and one 5-round PMAG 7.62 AC magazine. You'll be ready to use AICS-spec detachable magazines right out of the box, though additional magazines are sold separately.
