It fits full-size Gen4 models including the G17, G22, G31, G34, G35, and G37. A couple of things worth knowing before you order: it isn't set up to work with the reduced capacity 10-round factory mags due to their different dimensions, and out of the box it won't clear the optional Gen4 Modular Back Straps without minor modification. For most people running standard mags and a stock grip, it drops right in and gets to work.

This magwell is made for full-size Gen4 Glock frames. That covers the G17, G22, G31, G34, G35, and G37. It is not designed for the compact G19 or subcompact frames, so make sure you're running a full-size Gen4 before ordering.
It's one of the simplest upgrades out there. The magwell locks into place with a single socket head cap screw, and most people have it on in a couple of minutes. Just be careful not to over-tighten the set screw, since backing it out a turn or two will keep everything seated snug and secure.
