The Magpul AFG-2 is the kind of upgrade that quietly changes how your rifle feels the second you wrap a hand around it. This second-generation grip trimmed down in both length and width compared to the first AFG. Plan on roughly 3 inches of open rail for a clean mount.
The AFG-2 uses a three-piece polymer design with an interchangeable finger shelf, so you can set it up with a flat A1-style surface or an A2-style finger nub depending on what feels right in your hand. Serrated texture and hand stops at both ends keep everything locked in place under recoil. It mounts to standard MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny and NATO STANAG 4694 rails, all the hardware comes in the box, and like the rest of the Magpul lineup, it's made in the USA and built to shrug off years of hard use.
