It's a small add-on plate that connects to the ring of your loader and clicks down into the bottom to narrow it, so the magazine stays locked in place while you load.

This is an accessory, not a standalone loader. It's designed to work with your existing UpLULA and 22UpLULA loaders, and the loader itself is sold separately.
