The anti-tilt four-way follower is bright blue for quick visual reference when the mag empties, and it won't bind even if you load it wrong. The window markings show round counts from 15-30 on both sides. When loaded with fewer than 15 rounds, the magazine sits lower in the mag well, so the lower portion of the window is inside the receiver and not visible. This is by design and doesn't affect function.
