Tanfoglio 9mm 17-Round Large Frame Magazine

Description

This is the magazine your Tanfoglio large frame pistol was built around. It's genuine Mec-Gar manufacture, holding a full 17 rounds of 9mm, and works right away without any compatibility guesswork. The magazine uses a heat-treated carbon steel tube paired with a durable polymer baseplate and follower. A music-wire spring handles the feeding mechanics, and everything is built to handle real-world use at the range or in competition.

Tanfoglio Large Frame Magazine Construction and Materials

The steel tube construction provides the strength needed for the spring tension required to reliably feed 17 rounds. The matte black finish resists corrosion, and the polymer baseplate absorbs shock from drops or bumps. The follower is also polymer, which works with the music-wire spring to ensure smooth, consistent feeding with every shot.

What Fits This Tanfoglio Magazine

This magazine is designed for Tanfoglio large frame pistols, including Stock, Stock II, Stock III, Limited, and Gold Match models. The K9 marking on the tube indicates it's specifically sized for the large frame magwell. On compact Tanfoglio models, the magazine will extend slightly below the grip.

Real-World Performance

Mec-Gar has been the trusted OEM magazine supplier for Tanfoglio and other major firearm manufacturers for decades, with a track record built on meeting the tolerance requirements of military and law enforcement customers worldwide. Rounds load easily, the magazine seats cleanly in the magwell, and users report smooth feeding with no lock-up issues.
