Unlike lighter polymer alternatives, the EXD is built from next-generation long glass fiber polymer that's 50% stronger and handles impact three times better than traditional nylon mags. You can run these through rough conditions, drop them on concrete, and they'll keep feeding rounds without warping or cracking. The military-grade copolymer construction also shrugs off UV exposure, extreme temperature swings, harsh chemicals, and corrosion.
Inside, you'll find a USGI spec stainless steel spring paired with a four-way anti-tilt self-lubricating follower that keeps rounds aligned and feeding smoothly under pressure. The oversized bolt catch works reliably, and maintenance is straightforward thanks to tool-less disassembly. A flared floor plate makes it easier to grab and seat the magazine even with wet or gloved hands. The paint pen dot matrix lets you mark and organize your mags by ammo type or purpose.
Designed for AR-15 and M4 platforms in 5.56 NATO and 223 Remington, the EXD is also compatible with a range of other systems that share the same mag well. The 30-round capacity and standard profile mean you won't have any fitment surprises.
While the EXD platform is compatible with 300 Blackout, we recommend confirming with MFT first if you plan to use it with that caliber, as mixed use requires careful attention to prevent loading the wrong round in the wrong gun. Always verify your magazine marking and ammo type before loading.
