This magazine fits any rifle with AICS-pattern bottom metal or chassis systems. Common options include Remington 700, Savage 10/11, Tikka T3, and most modern precision chassis. .308 Winchester and 6.5 Creedmoor are the primary calibers, but it will also feed .260 Remington, 7mm-08, and 6mm Creedmoor without issues. The similar case dimensions across these rounds make them all compatible in the same magazine.
The binder plate positions rounds from the front of the magazine and guides them over the feed ramp smoothly. It allows you to load ammunition up to 2.870" overall length. If you need to load longer custom rounds, MDT offers a version without the binder plate that accommodates up to 2.960" cartridge length.
DSSF magazines stack two rounds wide at the bottom, then feed one at a time.
