Building a Glock from a bare slide? This Lone Wolf completion kit gives you the parts to do it right the first time. Whether you're putting together a G22, G23, G24, G27, or G35, this package has everything you need except a barrel, recoil spring, and sights.
What makes this kit stand out is the marine spring cups. Glock doesn't sell these to civilians—only to law enforcement and the military. These cups reduce material in the striker channel to allow better water drainage and help the gun function even if it's gotten soaked. Even if water exposure isn't part of your world, these cups come in the kit, so you get them as part of the package.
You'll find the complete striker assembly setup here: firing pin, firing pin safety, mid-weight striker spring, firing pin safety spring, and yes, those marine spring cups. The kit also includes a channel liner, spacer sleeve, spring-loaded bearing, extractor with LCI (load chamber indicator), extractor depressor plunger, and the slide cover plate. Everything is made in the USA and built to solid tolerances using CAD design and CNC manufacturing.
Built correctly, the parts integrate cleanly without fitting issues. The quality is proven across the competitive shooting and custom build communities. The plastic components use proprietary colors so you can visually distinguish which gun has which parts if you're building multiples. You'll need to source your own barrel, recoil spring assembly, and sights to finish the slide, but those are items most builders source separately anyway based on their specific needs.
Marine cups have less material in the striker channel than standard cups. This allows water to drain better and prevents water pressure from slowing down the firing pin as much, which is why they're standard on Glock law enforcement models. Glock restricts civilian sales of their marine cups, so having them included in this kit is a real advantage. Most builders who want them end up sourcing them separately at higher cost.
Yes, it fits Glock models 22, 23, 24, 27, and 35 in generations 1 through 4. The kit won't work with Gen 5 slides, and it's not compatible with G43/43X/48 models. If you're building on a bare .40 slide from any of the compatible models, this kit has the internals you need.
It covers all the internal parts—firing pin assembly, springs, extractor, safeties, and controls. You'll still need to source a barrel, recoil spring assembly, and sights separately. Once you have those three items, the kit gives you everything else to finish the upper.
Building from this kit gets you all the pieces in one bag, which saves time hunting down individual parts.
