This is the bare, stripped version of the Timber Wolf TWF Full/Compact frame, meaning it ships as just the polymer frame with no fire control parts installed. It's built for the crowd who already knows what trigger, connector, and internals they want in their build, or who's grabbing a completion kit separately. The frame is molded in black polymer and set up to work with 9mm, .40 S&W, and .357 SIG configurations depending on the slide and barrel you pair it with.

What sets this frame apart from a standard Glock lower is how much smaller it feels in the hand despite running a full-size slide. The circumference is noticeably reduced compared to a stock Glock 17 frame, which makes a real difference for anyone with medium or smaller hands who still wants a longer sight radius and higher capacity magazine. The grip angle also leans a bit more toward a 1911 feel than the typical Glock rake, and the square trigger guard is undercut to give your support hand a higher, more locked-in purchase. A molded beavertail at the top of the backstrap helps keep slide bite off the web of your hand too.

Full/Compact Build Compatibility

The TWF Full/Compact accepts Gen3 and Gen4 G17, 17L, 22, 24, 31, 34, 35, and 37 slides right out of the box, with a removable adapter in the dust cover doing the work of bridging the gap between slide generations. Leave the adapter in place for Gen3 slides, pull it for Gen4. That same dust cover area doubles as a short two-slot accessory rail, so mounting a light isn't an afterthought. Since most of the internal parts that go into these frames follow Gen3 specs, aside from the magazine catch and trigger housing which need Gen4-pattern parts, it's worth double checking your parts list before you start assembling.

Inside the box you get the frame itself along with a removable magazine well and both the flat and curved backstraps, so you can swap grip geometry depending on what feels right or what job the finished gun is going to do, whether that's a carry gun, a range gun, or a dedicated long slide build.
