The Lone Wolf Timberwolf Compact is a no-frills stripped frame that gives you the foundation for a custom build in one of three major calibers. What makes this frame special is how compact it actually feels in your hand, like you're holding something noticeably smaller than a standard Glock 19 while still accepting 19, 23, 32, and 38 compatible slides. That matters if you're building something for everyday carry or want that smaller grip without sacrificing slide options.

Since this is a stripped frame, you're getting just the polymer housing. It ships with the dust cover adapter, removable magazine well, and interchangeable backstraps so you can dial in the fit to your hand. The adapter is the key to making this work across generations: with Gen4 slides you simply remove it to eliminate the gap between slide and frame, while Gen3 slides need it in place. Both setups run clean.

Multi-Caliber Platform

This frame genuinely works with 9MM, 40 S&W, and 357 SIG. Building from Bare Polymer
