Langdon Tactical has built a reputation on taking good guns and making them genuinely better, and this Hellcat Pro Comp OSP is a perfect example. Springfield's compact 9mm was already a strong carry choice, with a 3.7 inch hammer-forged barrel, a single-port compensator machined right into the barrel and slide, and a 15+1 capacity that used to require a much bigger pistol. LTT starts there and then gets to work on the details that change how a gun feels in your hands.
The headline upgrade is the LTT trigger job paired with a black Apex trigger. You get a pull that runs about a pound lighter than factory, with a crisper break, reduced overtravel, and a shorter reset. On a compensated carry gun, that adds up to fast, controlled follow-up shots that feel almost unfair from something this size. The chrome-plated oversized controls, including the slide stop and mag release, are easier to run under stress and give the pistol a sharp two-tone look. LTT also fits their Hogue grip sleeve, a version Hogue modified at Langdon's request to ditch the finger grooves and keep the slimmest possible profile. It rounds off the squared backstrap and makes the Pro Comp noticeably more comfortable without hurting concealability.
The serrated OSP slide accepts popular micro red dots, and this build includes LTT's direct mount option with the Carry Bevel slide treatment, which fits the Holosun 407K, 507K, and EPS Carry. Direct mounting means your optic sits as low as possible over the bore, so you pick up the dot faster and cowitness more naturally.
This is a pistol built for people who carry every day but refuse to give up shootability. The comp tames muzzle rise, the trigger rewards good fundamentals, and the upgraded controls and grip make long range sessions comfortable instead of a chore. If your carry gun is going to see real training time, this one is set up to keep pace.

It does. The single port is machined directly into the hammer-forged barrel and slide rather than bolted on, so there's no added length or extra parts to work loose. It vents gas upward to cut muzzle rise significantly, which means the dot or sights settle back on target faster between shots.
This particular LTT build ships with one 15-round magazine, which sits flush in the grip for easier concealment. The pistol runs standard Hellcat Pro magazines, so adding extended 17-rounders for range days or spare carry mags is simple and affordable.
