Trailblazer LifeCard .22 LR Single Shot Folding Pistol Confetti

Description

There is nothing else on the shelf quite like the Trailblazer LifeCard. It is a single shot .22 LR that folds flat to about 3.375 inches long, 2.125 inches tall, and just a half inch thick, which puts it right in line with a small stack of credit cards. At roughly 7 ounces, you can drop it in a jacket pocket, a pack, or a glove box kit and forget it is even there until you need it. This Confetti version takes the standard aluminum frame LifeCard and gives it a playful multicolor splatter finish, so it stands out in a collection while staying just as easy to tuck away.

How the LifeCard .22 LR Works

The design is simple on purpose. Press the grip release, swing the handle open, and you have a surprisingly usable full-size grip. The 2.5 inch barrel tips up for loading and unloading, and the striker has to be manually cocked before each shot, so nothing happens until you decide it does. The pistol cannot fire while folded, and the snag-free shape means there is nothing to hang up on fabric when you pull it out. It is fully ambidextrous too, so lefties get the same experience as everyone else. The handle even has built-in storage for spare .22 LR rounds, turning the whole thing into a self-contained little package.

Built Better Than a Novelty

It would be easy to dismiss the LifeCard as a gimmick until you handle one. The barrel, bolt, and trigger are machined from 4140 pre-hardened steel with a corrosion-resistant treatment, and the frame is hardcoat anodized aluminum. The whole pistol is made in the USA from a short list of parts, and Trailblazer stands behind it with a lifetime warranty. Whether you want an ultralight trail companion, a backup for the tackle box, or simply one of the most conversation-starting rimfires at the range, the Confetti LifeCard delivers a genuinely clever design that is built to last.
