The Lee Deluxe APP Automatic Processing Press takes the slowest, most tedious part of reloading and makes it quick. This is a benchtop press that brings the kind of automatic priming you usually only find on expensive progressive machines, but in a compact, single-stage footprint. Cases and primers feed automatically as you work the lever, so you can rip through case prep without stopping to fiddle with shell holders or chase that perfect seating feel.
Lee built this one around their patented automatic primer feed system, and it handles seating without any guesswork. Primers go in uniformly every stroke, no adjustments and no relying on feel. It works with any brand or size of primer, and swapping between small and large is about as painless as it gets. You twist out the priming chamber, swap the pin and primer guide, and you're back in business in seconds.
This is the loaded version of the APP. Lee started with the basic press and added the roller handle for smoother, more comfortable cycling, the universal four-tube case feed magazine so brass drops in on its own, and the APP Deprime Kit to knock out spent primers. A bottle adapter rounds out the package. The design is ambidextrous, so lefties and righties both run it comfortably, and the frameless build gives you excellent visibility and hand clearance around the die.
Once you finish priming, twist out the priming tool and drop in the included shell holder adapter. From there the press opens up to the full lineup of APP accessories. You can size cast bullets, expand case mouths, bulge bust, or run a primer pocket swage. It accepts standard 7/8-14 dies through the Breech Lock bushing system and works with standard press shell holders, so it fits right into a bench you've already built around other gear. Maximum case length runs up to 30-06, which covers the vast majority of handgun and rifle brass most folks process.
