The LBE Unlimited M16BLT is a complete, assembled bolt carrier group that takes the guesswork out of finishing an AR upper. It runs a full auto profile carrier, which means there's extra material left on the underside of the carrier compared to a lightweight semi-auto cut. That added mass is the industry standard for a reason: it cycles a touch smoother, gives chamber pressure a little more time to drop before extraction, and tends to feed more consistently, especially in carbines and shorter-barreled builds.
LBE didn't cut corners on the parts that matter. The carrier is machined from 8620 steel with a black phosphate finish, and the bolt is made from Carpenter 158, the same tough alloy used on quality mil-spec bolts. The interior of the carrier and the gas key are both chrome lined, which is what keeps the moving surfaces slick and makes cleanup easier when things get carboned up. The gas key screws are properly staked, so they stay put under repeated cycling instead of backing out on you. It also ships with the extractor and bolt gas rings already installed, so there's nothing left to assemble.
