The Generation 2 redesign improves on an already solid foundation with precision-engineered feed-lip geometry and an advanced floorplate lock system. The result is noticeably easier magazine insertion on a closed bolt, requiring up to 22% less force than the previous generation. More importantly, the new floorplate design optimizes how rounds stack, which translates to better round retention and more reliable feeding.
