Description

Lancer set out to solve the real problems with AR magazines: traditional steel mags were heavy and clunky, while all-polymer designs had weak feed lips that could break or deform under use or storage. The L5 Advanced Warfighter Magazine splits the difference with a design that actually works.

At the core is a one-piece hardened steel feed lip assembly that's permanently molded into an impact-resistant polymer body. The steel feed lips won't bend, crack, or split under heavy fire, extreme temperature swings, or years of loaded storage. They're also PTFE-coated to resist corrosion. The polymer body delivers the weight savings and impact absorption you want without the weak points of all-polymer designs.

The hardened steel feed lips are the real story here. They handle rough loading and unloading without wear, keep your rounds stacking properly through the feeding cycle, and hold up to the kind of abuse that destroys lesser magazines. The 10-round capacity fits specific needs, whether you're in a restricted area or running precision work at the bench. The aggressive surface texturing makes the magazine easy to grip and reload with gloved hands or in wet conditions. The constant-curve internal geometry feeds 5.56x45mm/.223 reliably, and the non-tilt follower keeps rounds seated correctly. The floorplate design works like a USGI mag but with a cleaner locking system that requires no tools to disassemble.
