This CRB G2 takes the .45 ACP cartridge, a round known for pushing pistols around, and turns it into a soft, flat-shooting carbine experience. The trick is the Super V system, a nonlinear delayed blowback design that sends the bolt down and back behind the magazine well instead of straight into your shoulder. Combine that with a bore axis that sits almost in line with your hand and you get a gun that barely moves between shots. Fast pairs on steel feel almost unfair.
The G2 update refined the platform where it counts. You get a more comfortable pistol grip, a reworked single-stage trigger, and a short-throw ambidextrous safety that falls right under your thumb. The 16 inch barrel is 4140 chrome moly steel with a black nitride finish, threaded at the muzzle, and spun with a 1:10 twist that stabilizes everything from 185 grain match loads to 230 grain ball. Flip-up front and rear sights come installed, and the full-length Picatinny top rail leaves plenty of room for a red dot or magnifier setup.
