Chambered in .45 ACP with a 16-inch barrel, this carbine is built around the Super V recoil mitigation system, a delayed blowback design that sends the bolt down and back instead of straight into your shoulder. Pair that with a bore axis that sits about as low as physics allows and you get a big-bore carbine that stays remarkably flat between shots. For PCC matches or just burning through a case of 230 grain ball on a Saturday, it is a genuinely fun gun to run.
The G3 generation gave the Vector reworked upper and lower housings with better ergonomics, cleaner lines, and improved texture around the mag well. The refreshed square barrel shroud carries M-LOK slots for lights, hand stops, or whatever else you want to bolt on, and the full-length top rail handles optics with room to spare. The 16-inch 4140 chrome moly barrel wears a black nitride finish and comes threaded .578×28, so adding a muzzle device or suppressor down the road is simple. Low-profile flip-up front and rear sights are installed from the factory, controls are ambidextrous, and the fixed polymer stock keeps the whole package solid and consistent from shot to shot.
Like every Vector, this one runs on full-size Glock pattern .45 ACP magazines, and it ships with one 10-round mag in the box. If you already own a Glock 21, your mags drop right in, which keeps range logistics dead simple. At 7.7 pounds with an overall length just under 35 inches, the CRB handles quickly indoors and on stages alike.

It feeds from full-size Glock pattern .45 ACP magazines, the same ones that fit a Glock 21. One 10-round magazine comes in the box, and factory 13-round Glock mags along with Kriss MagEx extension kits are widely available where allowed. That compatibility makes spare mags cheap and easy to find.
It does, and it is noticeable. The Super V system redirects bolt energy downward instead of straight back, and the barrel sits nearly in line with your shoulder thanks to the very low bore axis.
