There is no pistol on the market that looks or works quite like the KRISS Vector SDP Gen3. Built around KRISS's patented Super V Recoil Mitigation System, this 10mm pistol uses a delayed blowback operating system where a low-mass slider travels perpendicular to the barrel, driving recoil energy downward rather than back into your hands. Paired with what KRISS claims is the lowest bore axis of any firearm in the world, the barrel sits below the fire control group and aligns directly with the second knuckle of your shooting hand. The result is dramatically reduced muzzle climb and noticeably softer felt recoil for a 10mm platform, making fast and accurate follow-up shots far more manageable than you would expect.
The Gen3 update brings meaningful real-world improvements over previous versions. The upper and lower housings have been fully redesigned for better hand support and expanded ergonomics, the skeletonized trigger has its pre-travel reduced to just 0.7mm, and the magazine well now features a reversible ambidextrous magazine release. The pistol grip is AR-15/M16 compatible, so you can swap it out for any standard AR-pattern grip without tools. Controls throughout are ambidextrous, including the safety selector, keeping left-handed users fully in the game.
This particular model wears KRISS's factory Arctic Delta Cerakote pattern, a geometric multi-layer design featuring angular delta-inspired shapes layered over a high-contrast mix of snow whites, pale grays, and deeper slate tones. It is not a dip job or an aftermarket paint overlay. It comes straight from the factory this way, and it is genuinely sharp. The icy, angular geometry breaks up the Vector's already aggressive outline in a way that looks purpose-built rather than decorative.
The 5.5-inch Black Nitride barrel is threaded at 9/16×24 RH, which is the standard pitch for 10mm suppressors and most .45-caliber cans. A full-length Picatinny rail runs the top of the receiver for optics, and there is a rear Picatinny interface for attaching a pistol brace or stock if you go the SBR route. The M-LOK handguard gives you attachment points for lights, lasers, or a hand stop without cluttering the profile. Low-profile flip-up sights come installed and co-witness with common red dot mounting heights. The gun ships with one 33-round Glock-compatible magazine, and since it feeds from standard full-size Glock 20 magazines, additional mags are easy to source.
Instead of the bolt traveling straight back like a conventional blowback pistol, the Vector's bolt carrier group is linked to a low-mass slider that travels downward into a recess behind the magazine well. This redirects the recoil impulse downward rather than rearward, countering the barrel's natural tendency to climb when fired. Combined with the extremely low bore axis that puts the barrel in line with the second knuckle of your shooting hand, the Vector stays noticeably flatter under rapid fire than virtually any other 10mm pistol on the market.
The Vector SDP Gen3 in 10mm uses full-size Glock 20 pattern magazines, which means standard factory G20 mags and compatible aftermarket options work right out of the box. The included 33-round magazine is a KRISS extended unit that ships with the pistol. If you already own a Glock 20, you have instant magazine cross-compatibility between both guns.

The Gen3 brings a redesigned upper and lower housing for better hand ergonomics, a new skeletonized trigger with pre-travel reduced from 3mm down to just 0.7mm, a redesigned magazine well with a reversible ambidextrous magazine release, an M-LOK handguard replacing the older Picatinny forend, and a bolted-in top rail. The bolt release and charging handle were also redesigned. The Gen3 mag release is recessed more than previous generations, which addresses one of the most common complaints about accidental mag drops during support hand placement.
Both are straightforward on this platform. The rear of the upper housing has a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny interface that accepts a wide variety of pistol braces. The full-length top rail runs receiver-length and can mount red dots, holographic sights, or magnified optics. The included low-profile flip-up sights fold flat and co-witness with most standard red dot mounting heights.
Arctic Delta is a factory-applied multi-layer Cerakote pattern featuring angular geometric shapes in snow whites, pale grays, and slate tones. It is not an aftermarket finish, it comes directly from KRISS USA as part of this specific model. Cerakote is well known for its resistance to wear, corrosion, and solvents, so it holds up well under regular range use and handling.
