This is Kel-Tec's own featureless kit for the SUB2000 Gen 3 in the 9mm Glock configuration, the same one that runs Glock 17 and 19 magazines. Instead of piecing together a custom Kydex fin grip and figuring out how to lock down your stock, you get both parts straight from the factory in matching black. The kit includes a grip fin and a non-adjustable stock that is a near-identical copy of the original, just permanently fixed at its longest position.
The grip fin bridges the gap behind the pistol grip so your hand no longer wraps fully around it, and the fixed stock removes the sliding adjustment that the standard SUB2000 comes with. Together those two changes move the rifle out of the traditional feature-having category while keeping the folding action, sight picture, and general handling you already know. The stock keeps the original profile and length, so your cheek weld and reach stay pretty much where they were.
Installation is straightforward and Kel-Tec has a step-by-step video for it. You pull the collar and charging handle, use the included allen key to back out the four factory grip screws, slide the fin against the back of the grip, and reinstall with the four longer screws that ship in the kit. Swapping the stock is just a matter of lining up the buffer and driving the stock pin through. Most folks knock the whole thing out at the bench in a few minutes with no gunsmithing.

This kit is made for the SUB2000 Gen 3 in the 9mm Glock (GLK) configuration, the model that takes Glock 17 and 19 magazines. It will not fit the Gen 2 rifle, which uses a different kit. If you have a Gen 3 in a different caliber or magazine setup, double-check your model before ordering.
