Built from billet 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, this isn't just a plastic replacement—it's a complete overhaul of your gun's ergonomics and feel. The module features an integrated manual safety, reshaped grip geometry with an aggressive stippled texture that stays secure in your hand, and a flared magazine well that makes reloads noticeably smoother.
The grip includes thumb ledges on both sides, giving right and left-handed users better purchase and control during shooting. A high beavertail protects your hand, while front and rear serrations help maintain a consistent grip. The engineering here actually considers how people run the gun, not just how it looks on a shelf.
What sets this module apart is the included pair of 12 XL base plates. These allow you to switch your grip length from standard P365 to XL to XMacro simply by changing your magazine base plate. This modularity means you can adapt to different carry situations or shooting preferences without buying a completely new frame. Works with all P365 variants including the P365 CA, P365 SAS, P365 XL, and P365 XMacro.
The package includes a custom McKinaTec Talon IWB Slimline holster designed specifically for the larger aluminum grip module, so you're ready to carry immediately after installation. The module is compatible with manual safety Fire Control Units and uses the magazine release from your original frame.
Yes, the grip module accepts standard P365 magazines. The two 12 XL base plates in the box work with P365 XL and XMacro extended magazines for modularity. If you want to use the module with standard 10-round magazines, those will fit as well—just note that longer magazine lengths will stick out past the grip.
This module is designed to accommodate manual safety Fire Control Units (FCUs). If you have a non-safety FCU, you'll need to use a manual safety version to properly fit this grip. The module has the cuts specifically engineered for the ambidextrous safety lever.
The included 12 XL base plates snap onto your magazines to change the grip length. Without switching anything on the module itself, you can use different base plates to configure the grip for whatever slide and magazine combination you're running. Just swap the base plate between magazines to adjust your grip length.
