The Sig P365 is compact, reliable, and purpose-built for carry. What's been missing is the trigger safety feature most P365 users want. That's where Tyrant CNC's Intellifire steps in. Unlike standard triggers, this system uses a patent-pending dual safety blade design engineered specifically to work within the P365's tight grip module.
The beauty of this design is in the engineering. The safety blades use a specialized 3 to 1 lever ratio that lets them clear the grip module when you intentionally engage the trigger. But if your finger relaxes off the front blade even slightly, the rear blade blocks the firing pin directly against the grip module. It's an extra layer of control that works with the gun's existing safety systems instead of fighting against them.
Tyrant CNC built this trigger to handle daily use. The body is machined from robust 12L14 steel while the safety blades are 6061 aluminum, keeping weight down without sacrificing durability. The stainless steel internal spring is heat treated to outlast your gun's typical service life. The gold finish with blue blades gives you the refined look this trigger deserves.
The Intellifire cuts pre-travel by 30 percent compared to the factory trigger, which means less slack before the break. The Intellifire is designed as a direct drop-in replacement for standard P365 platforms. Most users report straightforward installation, though aftermarket grip modules may require minor fitment. The trigger is not compatible with California-compliant P365 models that feature a manual magazine disconnect.
The front blade disengages with intentional trigger pressure, but the rear blade remains engaged unless you press the front blade fully. If your finger comes off the trigger, the rear blade prevents the firing pin from dropping by blocking against the grip module directly. This works within the P365's existing safety architecture rather than replacing it.
Pre-travel is the amount of slack you feel before the trigger actually breaks and fires the round. Reducing pre-travel by 30% means less dead space at the beginning of your press, so you get to the break faster with a crisper, more predictable shot. Combined with the consistent 90-degree break, your groups stay tighter on both first shots and follow-ups.
The Intellifire comes with Loctite included. You'll need a screwdriver to remove your old trigger and install the new one. Follow the included directions carefully, especially regarding the Loctite application to the screws, and you can have it installed in minutes without a gunsmith.
