The High Speed Gear ReFlex IFAK is a two-piece medical setup, a med roll paired with its carrier, laid out the way people who actually use trauma kits want it. Construction is heavy-duty nylon laminate, and the grab handles use HSGI's HANK material, short for High Abrasion-Resistant Neoprene Kevlar composite.
