The High Speed Gear ReFlex IFAK is a two-piece med roll and carrier developed with input from active-duty medical personnel to organize and speed access to medical supplies. The system is constructed primarily with heavy-duty nylon laminate and is designed around the layout of the U.S. Army-issued IFAK. It provides ambidextrous accessibility and mounting versatility for field, range, or duty use. Medical supplies are not included with the roll and carrier.
