This short action floorplate fits the Howa 1500 along with the Weatherby Vanguard, Mossberg 1500, Smith & Wesson 1500, and Interarms 1500. It covers the short action calibers across the board, including 223 Remington, 204 Ruger, 22-250 Remington, 6.5 Creedmoor, 243 Winchester, 7mm-08 Remington, and 308 Winchester. The plate itself is caliber-flexible, so what determines your chambering is the Ammo Boost magazine you pair with it, available in 5 and 10 round capacities.

You back out the action screws, swap the factory bottom metal for the Ammo Boost plate, and torque everything back down. It's designed to fit most injection molded synthetic stocks without any modification. Take your time on final torque, since polymer bottom metal doesn't love being cranked past spec.
