The heart of this rig is the Howa 1500 barreled action, a workhorse that gunsmiths and precision builders have trusted for decades. You get a cold hammer forged 24 inch heavy barrel, a forged steel bolt with two locking lugs, an M16-style extractor and ejector for reliable cycling, and Howa's HACT two-stage trigger that breaks clean without creep. A three-position safety lets you cycle the bolt with the safety still engaged, which is a handy feature when loading and unloading at the bench. All of that sits in a rigid aluminum precision chassis with a free-float M-LOK forend, finished top to bottom in a red, white, and blue American flag Cerakote that turns heads at any range. The Luth-AR MBA-4 buttstock adjusts for length of pull and comb height, so you can dial in a proper cheek weld behind the glass.
