The Jr. is sized right for compact semi-automatics like .22, .25, and .38 caliber pistols, plus derringers and small frames from brands like Kahr, Kel-Tec, Kimber Micro, and others. It works on everything from Walther PPK models to Colt Mustangs to Beretta Cheetahs. The special contoured shape hugs your gun's frame better than a simple tube sleeve, giving you a tight fit with no loose spots or shifting.
This isn't squishy rubber. Hogue uses a modern synthetic material that feels firm in your hand but stays soft enough to reduce recoil and absorb shock. The famous Cobblestone texture gives you grip in all conditions, while the single finger groove naturally positions your finger for better control and accuracy. The rubber resists gun oils and solvents, so it won't degrade or deteriorate like cheap sleeves.
Slipping it on takes maybe 30 seconds. Some people warm it up in hot water first to make it more pliable if it's tight, which helps it slide on cleaner.
