A lot of classic lever guns and older shotguns leave the factory with no place to hang a sling, and drilling into a mag tube isn't something most folks want to attempt. The GrovTec GTSW43 solves that cleanly. It's a two-piece steel barrel band that clamps around magazine tubes or barrels in the .630 to .675 inch range, giving you a solid front swivel point without any permanent modifications to your firearm. It's a common fix for certain Browning and Ruger models, .410 shotguns, and plenty of tube-fed lever rifles that measure into that band size.
The key here is measuring before you buy. GrovTec builds these bands in a whole range of diameters, so you want to put calipers on the outside of your tube or barrel and confirm it lands between .630 and .675 inches. The two-piece design wraps around the tube and cinches down with the included Allen wrench, so there's no drilling on the front end. That clamping style is why a lot of owners like it for older or collectible guns where they'd rather not alter the metal.
This isn't just the band on its own. The set includes the split barrel band, a matched pair of GT locking swivels with 1-inch loops, a 3/4-inch rear wood screw swivel stud for the buttstock, spacers and washers, and the Allen wrench for tightening things down. The locking swivels are machined to a snug fit that stays quiet in the field, and the included white and black spacers let you match the look of your stock or leave them off entirely for a plain wood-to-metal fit.

The GTSW43 comes with 1-inch swivel loops, so it pairs with any standard 1-inch sling. Once the band and rear stud are installed, you can attach and detach your sling as needed for carry.
