The GrovTec Sabre 2-Point Sling is a third-generation tactical carry sling built from feedback GrovTec gathered from professional users who wanted something lightweight, snag-free, and easy to run across different rifles. It uses 1-inch wide webbing to keep a low profile and a tailless design that trims away the extra material other slings leave dangling. The result is a sling that supports your rifle without bunching, catching, or getting in the way when you move.
The standout feature here is the Quick Slide adjustment. Pull the sling forward and it feeds out to give you slack, pull it backward and it cinches in tight against your body. That single-motion control makes it easy to loosen up for a supported position and then snug the rifle down for carry without fumbling with tabs or buckles. It is the kind of adjustment you can work one-handed with gloves on.
The Sabre ships with GrovTec's heavy-duty push-button quick-disconnect swivels on both ends, so it drops straight into the QD sockets found on most AR-pattern stocks, handguards, and mounting hardware. If you run a different setup, the sling ends are left open so you can add loop attachments, HK-style clips, or whatever attachment method your rifle calls for. That flexibility is a big reason people run the same Sabre across several guns.
This Coyote-colored version wears a warm earth tone that blends well with brush and pairs cleanly with FDE and tan builds. GrovTec makes the Sabre in the United States and backs it with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, so it is meant to hold up to hard, repeated use. For a two-point sling that carries light and adjusts fast, the Sabre earns its spot on a working rifle.
The Quick Slide lets you change length with a single pull. Pull the sling forward to feed out slack and pull it backward to cinch the rifle in tight against your body. It is quick enough to adjust on the move and works fine one-handed, even with gloves on.
The Sabre includes GrovTec's heavy-duty push-button QD swivels, which fit the standard quick-detach sockets found on most AR-pattern stocks, handguards, and mounts. If your rifle uses a different attachment style, the sling ends are left open so you can add loop attachments, HK-style clips, or other methods. GrovTec also offers a range of sling mounting solutions to fit nearly any rifle.
Tailless means there is no extra flap of webbing hanging past the adjuster once the sling is set. That trims away the loose material that can snag on gear or slap around while you move. It keeps the Sabre low-profile and clean without giving up its adjustment range.
Yes, GrovTec manufactures the Sabre in the United States. It is also backed by GrovTec's lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, so it is built to handle hard, repeated use over the long haul.
