Built in Slovakia by Grand Power, this version of the SP9A3 runs a semi-locked bolt with a transfer roller delay, and the difference in felt recoil compared to a straight blowback gun is something you notice on the very first magazine. The muzzle stays flat, follow-up shots come easy, and it runs noticeably smoother with a can on the end of that 1/2×28 threaded 8 inch barrel.
This is the updated SP9A3, which means you get the flat-faced Grand Power trigger and the US-spec locker tuned for common American ammo, so it cycles lighter range loads without fuss. The charging handle is non-reciprocating and stays forward when firing, controls are ambidextrous including the safety lever, and the aircraft-grade aluminum upper sits on a lightweight polymer lower. Full-length Picatinny rail up top handles your red dot, there is more rail underneath, M-LOK slots run down both sides of the handguard, and flip-up front and rear sights come installed so you can shoot it the day it comes home.
This package includes the factory two-position collapsible PDW brace assembly fitted with the Gear Head Works Tailhook, and it keeps the whole thing compact at just under 17 inches overall. At around four and a half pounds, it makes a lot of sense as a truck gun, home setup, or a range companion that eats bulk 9mm all afternoon.

Yes. This is the current version with the upgraded US-spec locker, which Grand Power added specifically to cycle lighter American range loads. Early imports were tuned around hotter 124gr NATO ammo, but this updated model handles common 115gr fodder without issue.
The 8 inch barrel comes threaded 1/2×28, which is the standard pitch for most 9mm suppressors and muzzle devices, and a thread protector is included. The roller delayed action also tends to run quieter and less gassy under a can than blowback guns, so this platform suppresses really well.
This package ships with three of Grand Power's steel-reinforced 30 round curved magazines. The SP9A3 uses proprietary Stribog magazines rather than Glock pattern mags, so keep that in mind when stocking up on spares. Grand Power does make a separate G variant for Glock mags if that is a priority for you.
