This version pairs the proven direct blowback Stribog action with a 16-inch threaded barrel, giving you all the reliability the platform is known for in a full-size rifle configuration. The 1/2×28 muzzle threads come capped with a thread protector, so screwing on a suppressor or comp takes about thirty seconds. And since 9mm out of a 16-inch barrel is already pretty quiet, this thing suppresses beautifully.
The A3 generation fixed the one gripe people had with earlier Stribogs by moving to a non-reciprocating charging handle, so you can mount lights and grips on the M-LOK handguard without worrying about your support hand. Controls are set up ambidextrous, including the safety lever and bolt lock/release, and the trigger is a Mil-Spec AR pattern, which means upgrading it later is as easy as swapping in your favorite AR trigger. The aluminum receiver wears a full-length 1913 Picatinny rail up top with integrated iron sights, so you can run it bone stock or drop on a red dot and go.
The polymer stock folds flat against the side of the receiver, which shrinks the whole package down for storage in a truck, safe, or range bag. Unfolded, it locks up solid and gives you a stable cheek weld for fast, controllable shooting. Recoil out of a blowback 9mm carbine is soft enough that new shooters pick it up quickly, and ammo costs stay low compared to feeding a centerfire rifle.
