The Grand Power Stribog SP10A3 goes a different direction, chambering the proven Stribog platform in 10mm Auto and pairing it with a roller delayed blowback operating system that soaks up recoil in a way straight blowback guns just can't match. The result is a large-format pistol that hits with authority but shoots softer than you'd expect, especially with a can hanging off the 9/16×24 threaded muzzle.
The 8-inch button-rifled barrel gives 10mm loads room to build velocity, which is a big part of why this platform has caught on with folks who want a compact woods companion or a hard-hitting home setup. Up top, a full-length Picatinny rail comes with flip-up iron sights already installed, so you can run it as-is or drop on a red dot without hunting for mounts. M-LOK slots at 3 and 9 o'clock handle lights and other accessories, and there's rail space under the handguard too. The included SB Tactical SBT folding brace rides on a hard-anodized 6061 aluminum adapter and folds flat for storage, keeping the whole package easy to stash in a pack or behind a truck seat.
Grand Power did the ambidextrous thing properly here. The safety works from both sides, and the non-reciprocating charging handle swaps sides without tools, so lefties aren't stuck adapting to a right-handed gun. The aluminum upper keeps things rigid where it counts while the polymer lower and ergonomic grip trim weight. Feeding comes from a durable 20-round polymer magazine, giving you 20+1 on tap of a cartridge that delivers near .357 Magnum energy from a semi-auto.

Between the crisp trigger, the recoil-taming action, and the suppressor-ready barrel, this is one of the more complete 10mm large-format pistols you'll find, and it's a genuinely fun gun to shoot.
It's much softer shooting than you might expect. Instead of simple blowback, the SP10A3 uses a roller delayed blowback system that spreads the recoil impulse out, and the SB Tactical folding brace adds a stable point of contact. Most people who run one for the first time are surprised how quickly they can get back on target with full-power 10mm loads.
Yes, the 8-inch barrel comes threaded at 9/16×24 and ships with a thread protector installed. That pattern works with many 10mm and .45 caliber suppressors and muzzle devices, though you may need a thread adapter depending on your can. The longer barrel also helps 10mm burn its powder efficiently, which pairs nicely with suppressed shooting.
Flip-up iron sights come installed from the factory, so it's ready to shoot out of the box. The full-length top Picatinny rail makes adding a red dot easy, and the flip-ups fold down out of the way or serve as backups. M-LOK slots on the handguard give you room for a light or other accessories too.
Very much so. The safety lever is fully ambidextrous, and the non-reciprocating charging handle can be swapped to either side without any tools. The magazine release and overall control layout make it one of the more genuinely lefty-friendly large-format pistols on the market.
