Yes. The EFLX comes mounted from the factory, but the Gen6 optic system ships with three adapter plates that cover a wide range of popular micro red dot footprints. The plates are designed to let the optic sit low in the slide, so most common dots will mount without extra parts.
They will. The Gen6 accepts existing Glock double-stack 9mm magazines, so your Gen3 through Gen5 mags and full-size G17 mags drop right in. That said, barrels from earlier generations are not compatible with the Gen6 slide, so keep that in mind if you have spare barrels lying around.
