Description
The Glock 43X has earned its spot as one of the go-to slim 9mm carry guns, and this version adds a hand-finished M81 woodland Torn Cerakote by Shark Coast Tactical. You get the short, easy-to-conceal slide of the original 43 paired with a longer grip frame, so your pinky actually has somewhere to go. Chambered in 9mm Luger with a 3.41-inch Glock Marksman Barrel, it stays plenty accurate for the kind of distances a defensive pistol is built for.
What Sets This M81 Torn Camo 43X Apart
The camo work is the headline here. Shark Coast Tactical lays down the classic M81 woodland pattern in a distressed, worn-in Cerakote treatment across the slide and frame, giving each gun a rugged field look while the coating adds real protection against holster wear and the elements. Underneath that finish it's a factory Glock 43X, so reliability and parts support are exactly what you'd expect from the platform.
Carrying and Shooting the Slimline 43X
The Slimline frame runs about 1.1 inches wide, which is why this thing disappears inside the waistband. It borrows the good stuff from the Gen5 and Slimline lineup: a built-in beavertail that lets you ride your grip high, a short trigger distance, a reversible magazine catch for lefties and righties, and the Safe Action system with its three automatic safeties. Fixed Glock sights keep the profile snag-free coming out of the holster.
Fifteen Rounds From the Factory
The big upgrade on this model is capacity. It ships with Glock's newer factory 15-round slimline magazines, bumping you to 15+1 without any aftermarket parts or a steel mag catch swap. That's a meaningful jump over the old 10-round standard, and it runs on the stock polymer catch the gun already comes with. For anyone who likes the slim 43X feel but wanted more rounds on tap, this is the sweet spot.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this M81 Torn Camo 43X optics ready?
No. This is the standard fixed-sight 43X model, not the MOS version, so the slide is not cut for a red dot. It comes with factory fixed Glock sights and a solid slide top. If you want a direct-mount optic, you'd be looking at an MOS variant instead.
How many rounds does it hold?
It carries 15+1, thanks to Glock's factory 15-round slimline magazines included with the pistol. That's a big step up from the older 10-round 43X setup. Best part is it runs on the stock polymer magazine catch with no aftermarket parts needed.
Who applies the M81 camo finish?
The M81 woodland Torn Camo Cerakote is custom work done by Shark Coast Tactical, applied over a factory Glock 43X. The distressed, worn-in pattern covers the slide and frame and adds a tough protective layer on top of the look. Mechanically it's still 100 percent factory Glock underneath.
Does the Glock 43X have an accessory rail for a light?
This standard 43X does not have an accessory rail, so there's no spot to mount a traditional weapon light up front. It's built as a slim, snag-free carry gun first. If a rail is a must-have, look toward the railed or MOS versions of the 43X.
