Yes. The Glock 43 modular holster is designed to work with CrossBreed's Modular Belly Band 2.0 system. The Velcro backing attaches to the belly band, and you secure it further by wrapping the band's flap over the top. You can also attach it to other gear with hook fastener panels.
Yes, this holster fits both the Glock 43 and 43X. However, it will not fit the Glock 43X MOS or other Glock models like the G19 or G26, as the retention is molded specifically for the G43 frame.
The holster uses friction-based retention from the custom Kydex molding rather than retention screws. You can adjust the cant (angle) by repositioning where you attach the Velcro, and some users modify the holster's tightness with careful heat forming, though standard adjustment is limited compared to other holster types.
The open-bottom design allows threaded barrels to poke through without interference. Suppressor-height sights will also work, though you'll want to verify clearance since the holster is custom molded to the standard G43 profile.
