It stands 37 inches at the shoulder, measures 62 inches tall, and wears a rotating head topped with a 150-inch Boone & Crockett class rack. The deer-hair look and true-to-life posture make it an excellent stand-in for the real thing when you're dialing in shot placement.
The heart of this target is its 14x14x14-inch four-sided insert core, which is the feature that really separates the Full-Rut from the pack. You can shoot all four faces, and each side carries a different vital presentation along with offset shooting zones. That means you're sending arrows into fresh foam as you rotate the core, which stretches out the usable life considerably. When one side finally wears out, you don't replace the whole deer, just the core (GlenDel part G75100).
GlenDel's PolyFusion process fuses polyurethane and polyethylene layers together and locks them to the inner target wall. The payoff is twofold: the layers hold their position instead of buckling when an arrow hits head-on, and pulling arrows back out takes a lot less muscle. Less fight with your arrows means less fatigue and more quality reps before you call it a day.
