The Ghost Rocket 3.5 is one of the most popular trigger upgrades in the Glock world, and for good reason. It swaps out your factory connector to give you a lighter, crisper pull that sits right around 3.5 pounds. What really sets it apart is the patented Trigger Control Tab, an extra tab that contacts the trigger bar and stops the trigger dead once the striker falls. That means no over-travel, which is the sideways drift that pulls your shots off target after the break. Less trigger movement means less sight movement, and that translates directly to tighter groups.
By cutting the total travel and reset distance by up to 60 percent, the Rocket gets your finger back to the wall faster for quicker follow-ups. It keeps the resistance stack you're used to so the trigger still feels natural, it just trims the slop out of both directions. Built from stainless steel with pre-polished contact points and Ghost's self-cleaning debris channel, it's made to hold its timing and shrug off the grit and carbon that works into a trigger group over time. This one is not a pure drop-in. The Rocket's control tab needs minor fitting to dial in the over-travel exactly how you like it, usually with a file or a Dremel and a bit of patience. Most people knock it out in 15 to 30 minutes per gun once they've done one, and no permanent changes are made to the pistol. A popular trick is the Dave Spalding cut for an even shorter reset, and picking up an orange armorer's slide cover plate makes the test-fitting a whole lot easier. If you're not comfortable doing the work yourself, a gunsmith can fit it in a few minutes.

It covers nearly the entire Gen 1-5 lineup, including the G17, G19, G20, G21, G22, G23, G26, G27, G34, and G35, plus SF and S frame variants. The one exception is the slimline G42 and G43, which use a different fire control setup. Always double-check your specific model before installing.
It brings the pull down to right around 3.5 pounds with a crisp, clean wall. Pairing it with a lighter striker spring can drop it a touch further, into the 3.25 range for some setups. Keep in mind that going too light on the striker spring can affect reliable primer ignition, so many people leave the factory striker spring in place for carry or duty use.
