It adds six rounds to standard 9mm Glock magazines. If you're running .40 S&W or .357 SIG mags, it adds five rounds instead. That takes a factory 17-round mag up to 23 rounds of 9mm.

Not at all. You remove your existing baseplate, insert, spring and follower, then reuse only the follower with the MOAB sleeve, spring and base. Most people knock it out in a few minutes without any special tools, and Ghost backs it with a lifetime warranty if you ever run into trouble.
