The Ghost Angel 3.0 kit tackles that spongy factory feel with a redesigned drop-in connector built around what Ghost calls Anti-Flinch engineering. Instead of the usual pre-travel bump you have to push through, the Angel 3.0 keeps the load smooth and even from the first bit of take-up straight through to the break. Less flinch, better sight tracking, and quicker follow-up shots without the trigger fighting you along the way.
Ghost reworked the geometry so the trigger gets a real mechanical advantage over old-style conventional connectors. The result is a rolling, consistent pull rather than a stack-and-snap. It is worth noting the connector itself is about smoothness more than dropping weight, though the included springs let you take pull weight down noticeably. Plenty of folks running it report a crisper break and a slightly shorter reset compared to bone stock, and it plays nice whether the pistol is a range toy or your everyday carry.
This is where the kit earns its keep. Along with the Angel 3.0 connector you get four premium springs: a 4lb reduced power striker spring, a 6lb extra power striker spring, a reduced power safety plunger spring, and a 6lb trigger spring. That gives you room to mix and match for competition-light or a heavier duty setup. A common piece of advice from experienced Glock owners is to run the 6lb striker spring for the most reliable ignition, especially if you shoot a variety of ammo.

The Angel 3.0 connector is designed primarily to smooth out the pull and eliminate the pre-travel bump rather than simply reduce weight. That said, the included springs let you take pull weight down noticeably depending on which combination you install. Many users see a lighter, crisper feel once they pair the connector with the reduced power springs.
It fits all Gen 1 through Gen 5 Glocks, including the X models. The slimline pistols are the exception, so it will not work in the G42, G43, G43X, or G48.
