The HK USP Compact carries that proprietary HK rail up front, which means most of today's flashlights and lasers won't drop right on. This GG&G Slim Line mount solves that. It's a three-piece adapter that clamps over the factory USP light rail and gives you a true Picatinny / MIL-STD-1913 surface to work with, opening the door to a whole catalog of modern accessory heads on a pistol that otherwise gets left behind.
This one is built specifically around the HK USP Compact and plays nicely with popular light and laser bodies including the Streamlight TLR-1, TLR-2, and the Insight/L3 M3 and M6 units it's named after. It keeps a low, slim profile so your setup doesn't turn into a brick, and it sits tight against the trigger guard on purpose. That fit means rear rocker switches on your light or laser stay within reach of your fire control finger or the thumb of your support hand, which is exactly where you want them under stress.
GG&G machines this mount from solid billet 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum and finishes it in a Type III hard coat anodized matte black. It's featherweight at right around three quarters of an ounce, so you're not adding any real heft to a carry-sized pistol. More importantly, it clamps down tight enough to retain zero on a laser, which is the whole point of running one. A dab of blue thread locker on the clamp screws during install is smart insurance so nothing walks loose after a few range sessions.
