The rail is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in Type III hardcoat anodize, so it shrugs off the abuse that comes with real use. M-LOK slots run the length of the rail at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, while a continuous Picatinny rail up top gives you an uninterrupted line for optics, backup irons, and night vision. At roughly 14.2 ounces, it stays light enough that you won't feel like you've hung a brick off the front of your rifle. This 14.5-inch length is dimensioned specifically for a 14.5-inch barrel, so your muzzle device and gas system sit right where they should.
