Instead of reinventing the wheel, it slides right onto the stock HK barrel nut and locks up tight, giving you a genuinely free-floated front end without swapping out core parts. That 05827S model comes in Geissele's Desert Dirt Color, a sand-toned finish that breaks up the outline of the rifle rather than trying to match every other part perfectly.
At 10.5 inches, this one is sized for a 10.5-inch barrel, so you get plenty of real estate for a light, laser, or forward grip while keeping things trim up front. The build is what you'd expect from Geissele: machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a Type 3 hardcoat anodize finish that holds up to hard use and meets mil-spec.
