The Galco Fletch FL226RB is a classic high ride belt holster built for the Glock 19, 19X, 23, 32, and 45. It's an outside-the-waistband rig made from premium steerhide, hand-molded to the exact lines of your pistol so it holds the gun snug without being a wrestling match to draw. The red button thumb break is the signature touch on this version, and it gives you that extra bit of retention that open-top holsters just don't offer.
Most pancake holsters mold both sides of the leather, which pushes the grip away from your body. The Fletch uses a two-piece construction with all the molding kept on the front panel, while the back side is contoured to the natural curve of your hip. The result is a slimmer profile that tucks the gun in close, so it prints less and wears more comfortably through a long day. The butt-forward cant angles the grip for a natural, clean draw whether you're carrying at the 3, 4, or 5 o'clock position.
This is a right-hand, black steerhide holster that rides on belts up to 1 3/4 inches wide. The high ride design keeps the gun sitting up near your beltline and close to the body, which is what makes it easy to cover with an untucked shirt or a light jacket. Double-stitched seams and a covered trigger guard round out the build, so you're getting a holster meant to hold up to real everyday use.
Galco has been building leather in Phoenix for decades, and the Fletch is one of their longtime best sellers for good reason. It leans traditional in looks, pairs just as well with a polymer Glock as it does a blued 1911, and breaks in to fit like it was made for your gun because it basically was. If you want a proven OWB leather holster that balances security, speed, and comfort, this one has earned its reputation.
This holster is molded for the Glock 19, 19X, 23, 32, and 45, covering Gen 1 through Gen 5 of those models. Because it's hand-molded to that specific family of pistols, the fit is snug and secure. If you carry a different frame size, Galco makes the Fletch in other fit codes.
The Fletch is an outside-the-waistband (OWB) belt holster with a high ride design. It sits up high and close to your body along the beltline, which makes it easy to conceal under an untucked shirt or a jacket. It carries well at the 3, 4, or 5 o'clock positions.
The RB in the part number refers to the red button on the thumb break strap. The strap adds a level of retention you won't get from an open-top holster, keeping the gun secure during movement while still releasing quickly for a clean draw.
Yes, the Fletch is built to accept belts up to 1 3/4 inches wide. For the most stable carry, a proper leather gun belt is worth pairing with it since a quality belt keeps the holster riding tight and prevents sag from the weight of the pistol.
