Yes, with one caveat. Fuqua rates the Ouch Mouse for 5.7×28 as well as .223/5.56, but the 5.56 rating applies to bolt-action platforms. It was designed from the ground up around small-caliber bolt guns, so keep it off gas guns and it will serve you well.

Since 1/2×28 is the most common thread on 5.7 and 5.56 barrels, most folks can thread it on and start shooting the same day it arrives. The Alpha pattern also gives you flexibility if you want to swap mounting options later.
