Franklin Armory finally gave FN SCAR owners something they'd been asking about for years. The SKR-C1 is the company's first Binary Firing System trigger designed around the SCAR platform, and it brings that signature pull-and-release feel to one of the most respected gas-piston semiautos out there. Run it in Binary mode and you get a round on the pull and a round on the release, which cuts down your split times and lets you put shots on target faster than a standard trigger ever could.
Like the rest of Franklin's binary lineup, this is a three-position selectable setup. Position one is safe, position two is your standard semiautomatic pull, and position three is Binary. The curved trigger face gives you a familiar, comfortable pull, and there's a positive reset on the release phase so you always know where you stand. If you decide you don't want that second shot, you can cancel the release round by moving the selector out of Binary while you're still holding the trigger back. That built-in control is a big part of what makes the system feel confident to run.
The SKR-C1 is a drop-in design that works with most current FN SCAR models, and it's compatible across both the 5.56 and .308 civilian variants. That covers the vast majority of SCAR builds folks are running, whether you're shooting a 16 or a 17. Because it's engineered for the platform rather than adapted from another gun, the fit is dialed in and the manual of arms stays familiar.

In Binary mode, the SKR-C1 fires one round when you pull the trigger and a second round when you release it. This pull-and-release cycle shortens your split times and makes for quicker follow-up shots. When you want to go back to a single shot, just switch to Semi or Safe.
