The Fortis License Gen II Matched Set gives you both the upper and lower receiver machined to fit each other, so you get that snug, rattle-free lockup that separates a solid build from a wobbly one. This is a matched set of just the upper and lower receivers, not a complete rifle. The receivers come stripped, so you'll need to add a lower parts kit, trigger, buffer system, barreled upper components, and furniture to finish your build.
