Silent, durable switching with multiple mounting options
What makes this switch different is the noiseless pressure pad that never clicks. That silence matters when you need stealth. The pad is rated for 100,000 activations, so this isn't a disposable accessory. You get a tactical round switch that handles full constant-on with 3A current capacity, and a pressure pad for momentary lighting when you need precise control. The flexible cable runs 9.1 inches from switch to tail adapter, which is long enough to position comfortably but short enough to stay tight on an AR or similar platform.
How the ALG-05 mount changes your setup
Instead of cable-tying or Velcro-mounting (both still included, by the way), the ALG-05 gives you tool-free Picatinny rail attachment with a spring-loaded push button. The mount itself is full-length aluminum with hard-anodized matte black finish that won't reflect light. It's built for secure hold without rattling. The tail adapter threads into any compatible Fenix flashlight that uses the Tr22.4 x 1.5mm connection.
Tough construction for field conditions
Everything here is built to take abuse. The switch housing is T6-grade aluminum with a type III hard-anodized finish. The whole assembly is IP68 rated, meaning it's fully dustproof and waterproof to 2 meters underwater. Whether you're hunting in wet conditions or running low-light training, this kit won't let you down.
The AER-02 V2 is compatible with most Fenix tactical lights including the TK15, TK22, TK15UE, TK09, TK11 TAC, PD35 V2.0, PD35 TAC, PD32, UC35, FD41, and FD40 models. It connects via a standard Tr22.4 x 1.5mm threaded tail adapter. Confirm your specific light model before ordering, as the connection type varies across their lineup.
The AER-02 V2 primarily handles on/off and momentary control for most lights. The only exception is the PD35TAC, which allows brightness adjustment when that light is in Tactical Mode. For other lights, you'll use the tail switch for mode and output changes, and the remote pressure pad for quick on/off control.
The ALG-05 mounts directly to any standard Picatinny rail with a single spring-loaded push button. No tools or screws needed. Just press the button, slide onto the rail, and release. The mount holds the AER-02 switch securely without rattling.
You have options. The kit includes cable ties and Velcro attachment pads so you can mount the switch directly to your grip, handguard, or anywhere else that works for your setup. The Velcro is pressure-sensitive and reusable, while the cable ties give you flexibility for custom positioning.
